1. The official venue and registration is at Holiday Inn. Registration begins on Thursday 8th March and will continue till Saturday 10th, 12 noon.
2. On Friday 9th, there will be a Red Dress Run, at RM 50.00, along the George Town Heritage route. It will commence at about 3pm( time to be confirmed)from Fort Cornwallis and end there. Participants will be transported by bus for the run and after that for the official dinner, which will be held at THE MORAL UPLIFTTING SOCIETY Building, Mc Lister Rd at 7pm and thereafter to the Hotels.
3. Saturday 10th, THE RUNS…. BALL BREAKER RUN AT 10AM. LONG,MEDIUM, SHORT between 2pm to 4pm. Participants can board busses from pick up points. At the end of the runs all hashers will gather at the Penang Water Sports Centre, Tanjung Bungah for ONON!, Penang hawker food/ makan, beers, entertainment hash style. Busses will start departing at about 11pm.
4. Sunday 11th, GMs meeting at 10am at Holiday Inn and a HANGOVER/FAREWELL RUN from Holiday Inn, followed by Golden fluid till about 2pm, when we say ADIOS.
